Borderlands 4 Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode
Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode unlocks after the campaign climax on Kairos. Enemies hit harder, legendary drop weight improves, and prior farm routes still apply at higher tiers.
Finish the main story through the Timekeeper fight, then accept the UVHM prompt from the hub / Echo-4 flow.
Respec into a published endgame build before jumping in — open-world clear speed matters more when packs densify.
Bring the same farm targets: Bio-Bulkhead, Bloomreaper, Order bunkers, Maurice, and high-tier Vaults.
Mayhem-style modifiers (if enabled on your platform build) stack with UVHM; read the weekly modifier before long farm sessions.
Co-op UVHM parties should mix a tank (Amon) or control (Harlowe) with a DPS hunter (Vex or Rafa).
