Yes. Borderlands 4 supports cross-platform co-op across PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 when cross-play is turned on in party settings.
Create a party from the Social menu and invite friends by SHIFT or platform ID depending on your storefront.
